What You'll Be Doing & Where It Can Take You

Oxford Global Resources is hiring professionals who want to build a sales career with a clear, fast path to ownership. This role starts as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for your first 4-6 months, then transitions into a full Account Manager role with your own book of business. You're eligible for uncapped commissions from day one.

As a BDR, you'll get real training, real mentorship, and real client exposure from day one. You'll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Account Managers who'll show you exactly how to win business, build client trust, and create opportunities. This isn't a support role. It's the fastest, most structured path we offer to becoming an Account Manager who owns their own portfolio, drives their own pipeline, and controls their own career trajectory.

• Complete Oxford's 2 week onboarding and sales training program
• Ramp toward Account Manager in 4-6 months
• Learn directly from Senior Account Managers who'll coach your growth day to day
• Prospect new clients through calls, email, networking, and virtual meetings
• Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch Oxford's consulting solutions
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM and modern sales tools
• Generate new business and help grow existing client accounts
• Track and beat performance goals, leveling up your skills at every stage
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of your activity and progress

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree
• CRM or applicant tracking system experience

Salary Range

The reasonably expected annual base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 for the Columbus market. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and applicable state or local laws.

Commission Eligibility

This role may also be eligible for commission under Oxford’s Sales compensation plan.
