The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help introduce Rep2x to sales leaders, founders, and revenue teams.
As a BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers who care deeply about improving their sales hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys starting conversations with senior leaders, and wants to be part of a company redefining how sales talent is evaluated.
What You'll Do
Identify and research target accounts (sales leaders, founders, and hiring managers)
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Start conversations with prospects about improving their sales hiring process
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of activity in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Continuously improve outreach strategies through experimentation and feedback
Required
0-3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or BDR role (or equivalent outbound experience)
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Strong communication and listening skills
High level of resilience and coachability
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS or sales technology
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience using sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Seamless)
