We specialize in commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning for multi-unit and professional properties. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to grow our commercial portfolio by securing recurring B2B contracts with property managers, HOAs, and facility teams.If you thrive in face-to-face selling, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and want uncapped earning potential, this role is for you.What You'll Do Prospect and close new commercial and recurring service contractsAttract new commercial clients and Government jobsVisit properties and conduct walkthroughs with decision-makersBuild relationships with: Property managers, Building owners, Facility managers, HOAsPrepare and follow up on estimates and proposalsMaintain a clean sales pipeline in our CRMUpsell additional services (pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, add-ons)Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accountsWhat We're Looking For 4+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience (property services, construction, landscaping, or janitorial, a plus)Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visitsStrong communicator with excellent follow-up habitsSelf-motivated, competitive, and goal-orientedValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Bay AreaCompensation Bay Area CompetitiveWe offer aggressive, performance-driven compensation:Option 1: Commission-Focused10%–15% commission on closed deals15%–20% commission on recurring contractsResiduals available for long-term accountsOption 2: Base + Commission$55,000–$75,000 base salaryPlus 5%–10% commissionMost of our top earners thrive under commission-heavy plans.How Success Is Measured Monthly revenue closedNumber of new commercial accountsRecurring contract valueClose rate on submitted estimatesPipeline activity and follow-throughWhy Join ASF Clean Team?
