Role Connecting Point is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive new business growth across Northern Colorado, the Denver Metro area, and Southern Wyoming.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new opportunities, and creating conversations with business leaders around IT strategy, cybersecurity, and managed services. You'll work closely with leadership and account management teams to identify ideal client prospects, generate first-time appointments, and support pipeline growth.This is a hybrid role with flexibility built into the schedule, while still maintaining strong collaboration with the team in-office.Responsibilities Generate net-new business opportunities through outbound prospecting effortsConduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-up campaignsIdentify and qualify small to midsize business prospects across target marketsSchedule first-time appointments and discovery meetings for leadershipMaintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking within HubSpotCollaborate with leadership on go-to-market initiatives and territory strategyBuild relationships with business owners and decision-makersStay informed on managed IT services, cybersecurity trends, and SMB technology challengesRepresent Connecting Point professionally within the local business communityWhat We're Looking For 1-3+ years of BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development experiencePrevious experience selling services, technology, SaaS, telecom, staffing, or MSP solutions is preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreachSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsExperience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plusAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented cultureLocal to Northern Colorado, Denver Metro, or surrounding markets preferredCompensation & Benefits Base of $55,000-$75,000, plus commissionHybrid work environment (2 days in office / 3 remote)Medical, dental, vision, supplemental life/disability coverage401(k) with 4% company matchPTO starting at 2 weeks with increased accrual based on tenureFloating holidays and additional company perksCompany swag, recognition programs, and team eventsStrong work-life balance and engaged leadership team#J-18808-Ljbffr
