Sales and Marketing Representative - Excel in Home Care!The Central and North Denver office of Home Instead is seeking an Outside Sales / Marketer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services to potential clients and referral sources. Your primary objectives will be to drive referrals and client acquisitions through nurturing our current relationships, establishing new relationships, and increasing Home Instead's already strong reputation within the Denver community.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home care services effectivelyEstablish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabs, independent and assisted living communities, and other potential referral sourcesOrganize and participate in promotional events, senior or health fairs, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about our servicesConduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and community groups to highlight our service offeringsUtilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leadsCreate compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, testimonials, and newsletters to engage our target audienceDevelop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goalsMaintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potentialDevelop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and WebConduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales processWork closely with our internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and service deliveryConduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioningConduct client / Caregiver introductions as neededSupport the Weekend On-call Supervisor at least once per monthQualificationsProven experience in outside sales and marketing, preferably within the home care industry or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasivelyStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyInnovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and initiativesCollaborative attitude with a commitment to achieving collective goalsReflect the core values of Peak Home Care Inc.
