With a rapidly growing footprint across North America, the business partners with organizations to modernize learning and development programs and support evolving workforce needsJob DescriptionResearching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers.Executing personalised outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.Managing inbound enquiries and converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities.Building relationships with senior business stakeholders and understanding their business challenges.Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise prospecting strategies.Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.Maintaining accurate CRM data and activity tracking within HubSpot.Contributing to the continued growth of the North American business.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Approximately 2-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles.Proven success in outbound prospecting and booking meetings with senior stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.Experience working independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.A desire to learn, receive coaching, and develop a long-term career in sales.Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage or startup environment.Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is advantageous.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $65,000 - $85,000 (location dependent).Opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus.Permanent role with growth potential in the sales department.
