Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Position: Business Development Representative – Enterprise WestAs a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across strategic Enterprise West accounts. This role is suited for an experienced BDR with a proven track record in outbound prospecting, account engagement, and pipeline creation within complex, enterprise environments.You will focus on new logo acquisition, customer expansion, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities across the Enterprise West territory. Partnering closely with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams, you will execute targeted account‑based strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and build a strong, qualified pipeline aligned with territory growth objectives.What You'll DoDrive strategic outbound prospecting across Enterprise West accounts, including new logo prospecting and customer expansion through cross‑sell and upsell, using multi‑channel approaches (calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns)Conduct in‑depth account and market research to identify high‑value opportunities within both prospect and existing customer accountsIdentify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision‑makers and influencersPartner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account‑based strategies and territory plans for both new logo and customer expansion playsLeverage existing customer intelligence to uncover expansion opportunities and support account growth strategiesQualify inbound and marketing‑generated leads, converting them into high‑quality sales opportunitiesClearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions, aligned to customer challenges and business outcomesLeverage data, insights, and modern tools (e.g., AI, Sales Navigator) to optimize outreach and engagement strategiesConsistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with territory revenue targetsMaintain accurate pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting in SalesforceMeet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation, meetings, and conversion ratesWhat You Bring1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environmentsProven experience as an experienced BDR with strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation resultsStrong understanding of the Enterprise West territoryDemonstrated ability to engage mid‑to‑senior level stakeholders in complex organizationsStrong business acumen, curiosity, and strategic thinkingExcellent communication, organization, and time‑management skillsExperience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement toolsWhy GenesysJoin a global leader in Customer Experience and cloud technologyBe part of a high‑performing Enterprise West team with strong market opportunityCompetitive compensation with performance‑based incentivesClear career progression within a global sales organizationCollaborative, diverse, and inclusive team environmentReasonable AccommodationsIf you require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process or are limited in your ability or unable to access or use this online application process, you or someone you know may submit a request using the Create Request task in Workday. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
