Business Development Representative - Entry Level

We are seeking an Entry-Level Business Development Representative to support community outreach and partnership development efforts for nonprofit campaigns. This role involves direct engagement with community members and organizations to share information about active initiatives and identify potential supporters or partners.

This position is suited for individuals interested in gaining experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, or nonprofit outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach at community events and assigned locations
• Share information about nonprofit programs and initiatives with community members
• Identify and engage potential supporters, donors, or partners
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community contacts
• Record and track interactions and outreach activity accurately
• Follow structured outreach guidelines and campaign objectives
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet outreach goals
• Participate in scheduled training and team meetings
• Assist with setup and breakdown of outreach materials and event spaces when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
