Key Responsibilities – Business Development Representative
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and qualify prospects using discovery questions
- Research target industries, competitors, and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with target markets and buyer personas
- Update CRM records with prospect activity while collaborating with marketing and sales teams
Qualifications – Business Development Representative
- Minimum one year of related work experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cold calling and email outreach
- Strong research, prospecting, and organizational skills; ability to manage time across multiple accounts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for periodic client travel (~25%)

Physical Requirements – Business Development Representative
