Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and customer agreements
  • Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and customer support
  • Maintain pipeline activity, reporting, and CRM updates
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity
  • Travel locally throughout the region to support client development efforts

Ideal Background
  • 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, commercial, healthcare, or technical environments preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a territory-based role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
