    DescriptionJob OverviewAs the Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. The BDR plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities as qualified leads for the Account Executives to pursue as new clients.ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead GenerationResearch and identify potential clients within industry through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.Outreach and Communication: Initiate contact with prospective clients through effective B2B in person as well as other communication channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.Articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions and services.Qualification and Needs AnalysisConduct thorough needs analysis to understand the challenges and requirements of potential clients.Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our offerings.Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the targeted industry.Develop a deep understanding of client needs to position our solutions effectively.Collaboration with Sales TeamWork closely with the Account Executive(s) to transition qualified leads and opportunities into warm prospects.Provide comprehensive background information to facilitate smooth handover via CRM account portfolios.Sales SupportAssist the Account Executive(s) in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials required for client meetings.Provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless sales process.Market ResearchStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the IT sector.Use market insights to tailor communication and positioning strategies.QualificationsProven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the IT sector preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Dynamic and inclusive work environment.If you are passionate about IT, business development, and driving success through client relationships, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the ever-evolving IT landscape.#J-18808-Ljbffr
