Essential Duties and Responsibilities ------------------------------------

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the trucking brokerage industry via cold calling and networking. • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and carriers to maximize profit margins. • Coordinate with logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and service. • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications --------------

• Bachelors degree preferred. • 2 years of experience in freight brokerage required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Full-time employees will receive up to 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, and a floating holiday.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000-$75,000 per year plus uncapped commission. Expected On-Target Earnings OTE of $75,000-$90,000 in first year.
