Now Hiring: Business Development Representative
Commercial Painting | Facility Maintenance

Harrison Contracting Company (HCC) is a growing commercial painting contractor known for Reliability, Experience, and Diligence. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and generate new business across our regions.

If you thrive on relationships, strategy, and seeing your efforts turn into real work in the field—this role is for you.
 

What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build relationships with GCs, property managers, and decision‑makers
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close
Partner with Operations and Pre‑Construction on pricing and strategy
Represent HCC at industry events and networking functions
Track pipeline activity and revenue performance

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of business development experience in commercial painting or construction
Proven ability to generate and close new business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Strategic, organized, and results‑driven
Comfortable working in the field, at job sites, and in the office
Microsoft Office proficiency; Paint Projex experience a plus
