As a Business Development Representative at Employ-Temps Staffing Services, you are responsible for driving sales performance and growth. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads from different regions and utilizing various tools to convert those leads into new customers. The role involves monitoring and qualifying leads generated by other teams, cold calling & emailing prospective leads, and negotiating agreements with prospects. 
 

OFFICE HOURS 

  • Monday – Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm 

  • Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm 

PAY 

  • Salary starting at $60,000/year 

  • Bonus: Quarterly commission based on generated monies from converted clients 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Reviewing leads and prospects that have been found by various teams 

  • On-going research and qualification of leads as they are found 

  • Cold-calling, cold emailing, and visiting prospects 

  • Monitor your sales pipeline by ensuring accurate documentation, sufficient counts of prospects, and proper follow-up to ensure a healthy pipeline 

  • Sourcing candidate profiles that are potential fits for prospective jobs 

  • Utilize company CRM to analyze sales data, track progress, and generate reports to inform decision-making 

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

  • 3 years of experience working in outbound sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry, but not a requirement 

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license 

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; proficiency in Bullhorn staffing software is preferred.
