The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be part of an independent core competency and a new department charged with leveraging CROM's long and successful history by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and strengthening market position in specific regions. The BDR will be instrumental in proactively shaping the future of our organization by identifying and exploring markets for CROM Services opportunities.
In this role, the individual will focus primarily on cultivating long-term relationships and generating high-quality opportunities directly with key decision-makers of water and wastewater systems. By establishing deep trust with these utility owners and system operators, the BDR will serve as the foundational bridge for new business leads.
The BDR will collaborate with multiple departments to develop best practices and business strategies, and to fine-tune objectives. The BDR will be measured by the effectiveness of their individual sales, marketing, and business development efforts. To be successful, the BDR will need to understand and embrace the company's direction and focal points to form personal initiatives to facilitate meeting objectives.
