Salary: $40,000–$60,000 base + 6% uncapped commission

What your future day will look like:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the appliance and construction markets.
  • Build relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and retail clients to drive repeat business.
  • Manage your full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing and follow?up.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and occasional showroom consultations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track your pipeline, manage follow?ups, and consistently work toward exceeding revenue goals.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, with appliance or related industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success generating new business and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Self?starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills
  • Comfortable balancing field sales activity with administrative follow?up and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally for client meetings
