Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team!Job Description:The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company's sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and deliver positive prospect experiences.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling, CompuCycle tours, face to face meetings, social media and networking.Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers.Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.Draft and deliver proposals.Report on sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system.Effectively and accurately utilize CompuCycle's Customer Relationship Management System in all aspects of job role.Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of Ethics & Professionalism.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Communications or relevant field.5 years of business development experience, preferably in a similar role.Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening).Drive, diligence, and dedication to find and close new business opportunities as well as maintain those relationships.Experience using LinkedIn, CRM (HubSpot), and Microsoft OfficeProven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.What We Offer:Competitive salary with a commission structure tied to performance.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A dynamic and supportive work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
