ShiftKey, recognized by Fast Company as one of its Most Innovative Companies in 2024, is looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Enablement, you'll play a vital role in generating product demonstration meetings and driving business opportunities across both new facilities and dormant clients. This is your opportunity to refine your consultative sales skills while making a direct contribution to our growth and success.
This role is based at our Irving, Texas headquarters. We believe the best onboarding and collaboration happen face-to-face, so you'll start on-site five days a week during your first few months. Following ramp-up, a hybrid schedule (one remote day per week) may be available with manager approval and depending on business needs.
Your primary focus will be to initiate outbound calls and qualify potential clients for our products and services. You'll work closely with the Sales Account Executives to set up product demonstration meetings and, in some cases, lead the demos yourself. Your day-to-day will include:
