Business Development Representative

Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is a fast-growing integrated health organization with multi-site ambulatory surgical centers and medical practices. As the company is expanding, a Business Development Referral Associate is responsible for driving business and developing referral pipelines to PPOA business entities in the assigned region. The position carries out responsibilities that will promote the company’s business externally with existing and new business. The position requires a high school diploma but prefers one with an associate degree or bachelor’s degree. A minimum of sales experience such as retail or customer service skills with a sales background is preferred to be successful in this position.
