What You'll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls and emails each day to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify, and schedule product demonstrations for our Regional Sales Managers.
  • Engage with inbound leads from web, phone, and email inquiries.
  • Build relationships with healthcare organizations by identifying business challenges and uncovering opportunities.
  • Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up to date with accurate prospect information and activity.
  • Collaborate closely with a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Continuously improve through coaching, Gong call reviews, role-playing, and hands-on training.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experienceor completion of a college sales program or BDR/SDR certification.
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls each day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach you the industry.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Kansas City, MO (Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote).
