DescriptionBusiness Development Representative (BDR)Role OverviewThe Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline by proactively engaging target accounts through outbound calling and email. This role focuses on identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and converting interest into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily outbound prospecting activities to target accountsMake 50 outbound calls per day to decision-makers and influencersSend 30 personalized outbound emails per dayResearch and identify qualified prospects within assigned accountsQualify prospects based on agreed criteria (ICP, need, authority, timing)Schedule discovery meetings and hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account ExecutivesConsistently generate 8 SQLs per monthAccurately log all activities, notes, and outcomes in CRMCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targetingContinuously improve outreach effectiveness through testing and feedbackPerformance MetricsDaily activity targets:50 outbound calls30 outbound emailsMonthly results target:8 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)Meeting quality and conversion ratesCRM accuracy and activity hygieneWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently meeting daily activity expectationsDelivering 8 or more SQLs per month that progress into active sales opportunitiesDemonstrating strong message discipline and continuous improvementBecoming a trusted first point of contact for prospectsRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications1+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or outbound prospectingStrong phone presence and written communication skillsComfortable with high-volume outbound activityAbility to handle objections and conduct effective qualification conversationsOrganized, disciplined, and metrics-drivenExperience using CRM and sales engagement tools preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
