Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify prospective customers in target markets

  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

Sales Support & Pipeline Development

  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives

  • Qualify prospects and identify business needs

  • Support the sales team in expanding the customer base

Relationship Building

  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers

  • Understand client logistics challenges and position solutions accordingly

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM systems

  • Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals

Market Feedback

  • Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to support sales strategy


Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong work ethic

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries

  • Prior experience in outbound prospecting or BDR roles

  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools

Base Salary: Competitive (DOE)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Commission-based earning potential
