We are seeking a Business Development Rep to further grow our industrial and manufacturing portfolio by developing high‑value recycling and materials sourcing partnerships.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role ideal for a seasoned outside B2B professional who understands manufacturing environments, commodity markets, and the operational realities of recycling programs.
About the Role
The BDR is responsible for generating profitable, sustainable growth by identifying, developing, and securing new industrial and manufacturing accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and site assessments to proposal development, contract negotiation, onboarding, and long‑term account retention.
This role requires a complex understanding of manufacturing operations, material flows, and commodity markets, along with the ability to design recycling solutions that support both customer needs and facility throughput goals.
