Business Development Representative (Part-Time with Fast-Track to Full-Time in 2–3 Months)

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is the perfect role for someone ready to break into tech sales, learn proven sales strategies, and quickly level up. Starting part-time, you’ll have a clear path to full-time within 2–3 months based on performance. If you bring the hunger to succeed, we’ll provide the skills, tools, and support to make it happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to targeted prospects to generate leads and set appointments
  • Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and keep opportunities moving forward
  • Use CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) to track outreach and manage your sales pipeline
  • Work with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and hit sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and tech sales best practices
  • Track and report your daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics

What You Bring

  • B2B sales experience preferred, but we’ll train the right motivated candidate
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfort with outbound calling, telemarketing, or similar outreach strategies
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals
  • Self-motivated with a team-player attitude
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles a plus
