    Markets Overseen: Middle Tennessee – Nashville, Murfreesboro, Manchester, Clarksville

    FLSA Status: Exempt

    Schedule: Full-time; some evening and weekend flexibility required for healthcare conferences, networking events, and meetings with referral partners

    Team Mobile is seeking an experienced, Business Development Representative to expand our presence in Middle Tennessee healthcare markets by developing and strengthening relationships with hospitals, behavioral health facilities, treatment centers, and other referral partners.

    Primary Objective

    This role will focus on increasing awareness of behavioral health transportation services, generating new referral opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for market growth. 

    Your Impact

    · Develop new referral relationships throughout the assigned Middle Tennessee territory.

    · Strengthen relationships with existing healthcare and behavioral health partners.

    · Conduct regular face-to-face visits to hospitals, emergency departments, behavioral health facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and other referral sources.

    · Introduce and promote our behavioral health ambulance and transportation capabilities.

    · Develop relationships with hospital leadership, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, behavioral health professionals, and other decision-makers.

    · Identify facilities and organizations that could benefit from our services and pursue new business development opportunities.

    · Represent the organization at Tennessee healthcare conferences, networking events, community events, and professional meetings.

    · Monitor market activity, competitors, referral trends, and opportunities for expansion.

    · Track marketing visits, leads, referrals, follow-up activities, and results.

    · Work closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Leadership to ensure referral partners receive responsive and professional service.

    What We’re Looking ForEducation

    Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field required.

    Experience

    Healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, EMS/ambulance, behavioral health, or healthcare sales experience preferred.

    Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships and generate new business is preferred. Existing relationships within the Tennessee healthcare or behavioral health community are highly desirable.
