This is a career-development opportunity to learn the commercial truck lease and rental business from the ground up. You will start by working directly with customers at our Milwaukee rental counter – handling rental transactions, solving customer problems, following up on opportunities, and learning our business hands-on. As you develop, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for prospecting, business development, customer relationships, and outside sales.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers in person and via phone or email to coordinate truck rentals.
Build relationships through strong communication and follow-up.
Identify rental, lease, and other sales opportunities.
Learn about our customers, equipment, and the commercial transportation business.
Assist with prospecting and new business development.
Work alongside experienced sales, operations, and administrative professionals.
Take ownership of additional customer and sales opportunities as your skills develop.
Support planning and coordination of customer and industry events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree or equivalent demonstrated achievement preferred.
Ability to learn and effectively use business and customer-management systems.
Previous sales, customer service, rental, or transportation experience is helpful but not required.
