Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Nashville, TN (Mon-Thu in office, Fri remote)

This Role Is For…

Early-career professionals who want to learn how to build pipeline, control their income, and earn a promotion into a closing role.

If you're competitive, coachable, and comfortable making a lot of outbound calls - this is where you learn real sales discipline.

This is not an inbound lead role. It's outbound, structured, and performance-driven.

What You'll Actually Do

• Prospect daily via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify decision-makers at high-growth companies
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities
• Track activity in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
• Hit weekly and monthly activity + meeting targets

You will be measured. There is a scoreboard.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently booking qualified meetings
• Building 3x-5x pipeline coverage
• Earning commission above base
• Becoming eligible for AE promotion in 12-18 months

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year outbound sales or high-activity role
• Comfortable making 60-80+ dials per day
• Competitive mindset
• Resilience and coachability
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

College degree preferred but not required.
