Location: Nashville, TNEmployment Type: Full-Time, SalaryReports To: Vice President, Health Center SolutionsOverviewPeregrine Health is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential partners, responsible for generating and qualifying leads that fuel our new logo pipeline. Your primary focus will be identifying target accounts, initiating outreach through calls and emails, and conducting initial qualification conversations. Success in this position means consistently meeting daily activity metrics and monthly qualified meeting targets while maintaining high-quality conversations that set up our Growth team for success. You'll need to be comfortable with high-volume outreach, resilient in the face of rejection, and skilled at quickly building rapport with new prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients within target markets and industry segmentsConduct high-volume outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interestSchedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with qualified prospectsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead status in the CRMCollaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and messaging resonanceMeet or exceed daily activity goals for calls, emails, and meetings scheduledDevelop a deep understanding of our products and services, value propositions, and competitive positioningStay current on industry trends and prospect business challenges to improve conversation relevanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing rolesPrior experience in healthcare services/technology is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone confidenceHighly self-motivated with a competitive drive to meet and exceed targetsAbility to handle rejection and maintain persistence and positivityStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office SuiteCoachable mindset with eagerness to learn and improveWhy Join Peregrine HealthYou will be part of a purpose-driven team working to transform the behavioral health experience for patients and providers alike.
