Their unique insights and experience have allowed us to craft automated hygiene stations that are clinically proven to remove more than 99.9% of harmful pathogens, increase handwashing compliance, integrate seamlessly into facilities, exceed regulatory food safety and sanitation requirements, and make hygiene compliance monitoring and documentation effortless.What You'll DoAs a Plant Manager at Meritech, you will:Lead and develop the Production team in alignment with Meritech's AGILE values, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Plan, manage, and organize daily plant operations across production, quality, shipping, and planning functions.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to develop optimized production schedules based on current and future demand.Utilize MRP systems and visual management tools to identify raw material needs and ensure timely procurement.Optimize inventory levels by establishing and monitoring inventory turn targets.Oversee shipping and receiving functions to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operational support and regulatory compliance.Determine labor needs and support workforce planning to meet production goals.Oversee the development and implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure products meet standards for function, durability, and reliability.Measure and report on operational performance using KPIs, productivity metrics, financial data, and activity reports.Evaluate plant operations from a strategic perspective to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and maintain cost control.Maintain up-to-date operational policies and manuals in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including those related to chemical handling and waste disposal.Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide regular reports to executive leadership on plant performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.What You GetAs a Meritech team member, you'll receive:$90,000 - $100,000A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401(k) with company match.Annual paid-time-off accrual.Paid company holidays.Paid birthday holiday.What You BringThis role would be a great fit if you enjoy:Working on a variety of tasks to support optimal Operations flow.
