This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are set up for success. You'll play a key role in helping courts implement Advent eLearning courses effectively and ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they serve.As the Court Sales Rep, you'll prospect, qualify, and close new business. You'll manage your new business pipeline and transition new clients to their Account Manager.What You'll DoReach out to new and existing court customers identified through our CRM (SalesForce)Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with judges, probation officers, and court administratorsPresent, promote, and sell Advent eLearning programs to prospective court partnersTrack sales activity, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records within SalesForceEngage in regular professional development to continually improve your performance and product knowledgeWhat You'll BringStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional presence when presenting to court officialsProven relationship management and customer service abilitiesHighly motivated and target-driven with excellent organizational skillsUnderstand CRM processes - SalesForce preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesOpenness to feedback and commitment to continuous learningFamiliarity with or interest in the court system, public service, or justice-related fields (preferred)Performance expectationsOutbound Activity: 30+ calls per day with at least 6 quality connectionsRespond to all emails and inbound calls within 24 hoursComplete all Salesforce tasks by their due dateConsistently meet revenue targets through a consultative selling approachLocationThis position is Hybrid, with monthly trips to our Louisville, KY office.Ready to make an impact?Apply today and help shape the future of behavior change in the court system.The Pay Range For This Role IsBase + Commission50,000 - 70,000 USD per year OTE(Dallas)#J-18808-Ljbffr
