    Description

    The Business Development Representative drives new business growth by proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers through cold calling email outreach networking and in-person site visits. This individual builds awareness of APi Inc.s services qualifies potential opportunities and partners with Construction Managers to move leads into the sales process. The ideal candidate is proactive relationship-driven and comfortable creating conversations with new customers in a field-based sales environment.LocationMilwaukee WIResponsibilitiesResearch target markets prospective customers and key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls emails networking referrals and in-person visits.Introduce prospective customers to the companys services capabilities and value proposition.Build relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities.Partner with Construction Managers and other sales leaders to coordinate customer meetings and transition qualified opportunities.Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions leads and sales activity in Microsoft Dynamics.Support market segmentation and use CRM data to identify trends and improve business development efforts.Assist in developing service or project solutions that align with customer needs.Support the preparation of estimates and proposals in partnership with construction and operations teams.Build long-term trusted relationships with customers and industry partners.Track and report weekly monthly and quarterly business development activity and results to the Branch Manager.Stay informed about company services market conditions competitors and customer needs.Education and ExperienceDegree in marketing business construction management or a similar areaTravel Requirements Travel to project sites or other APi Inc company locations as needed.
