Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a meaningful role in helping All In One Accounting grow by winning new client relationships and building referral ecosystems that support margin-disciplined, sustainable growth.

This is a consultative hunter role focused on acquiring new outsourced accounting and advisory clients. The right person will be energized by building relationships with entrepreneurial and nonprofit leaders, conducting CEO/CFO-level discovery, developing trusted referral partnerships, and helping prospective clients understand how AIOA can move them from financial chaos to business clarity.

Success in this role requires strong new-logo sales discipline, financial fluency, CRM/process consistency, and the ability to protect both client fit and delivery readiness. This person will be accountable for building a qualified pipeline, closing new business, and ensuring clean handoffs so that each new client engagement is scoped thoughtfully, aligned to expectations, and positioned for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consistent outbound prospecting and partner development (fractional CFOs, banks, law firms, PE/VC firms, and other referral sources).
• Conduct CEO/CFO-level discovery and multi-stakeholder selling.
• Maintain at least 3× qualified pipeline coverage.
• Ensure clean handoff artifacts (scope, assumptions, data checklist, risks, and timeline) before SOW execution.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and weekly forecast submissions.
• Collaborate with Finance on collection milestones.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in new-logo business development in professional services
• Multi-stakeholder selling experience
• Proven partner-channel wins
• Financial fluency (pricing, value-based selling)
• Strong CRM/process discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a dynamic team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 base
• OTE: $183k - $217K
• Upside: $240k - $300k (120% - 150% of OTE)
