Role Summary
Were looking for a third Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our NYC-based team and help strengthen our presence in the North American market. Youll work closely with, and be coached by, the BDR Team Lead, following an established playbook thats helping the team hit quota quarter after quarter.
Compensation: $65k to $75k base + variable (80/20) + Stock-Options
*Location: Hybrid 3 days/week in our Chelsea office with quarterly Paris office visits (fully expensed)

About You
You have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Ideally, as a BDR, SDR, or similar role, in B2B SaaS or API-first environments.
Youre fluent in English and a strong communicator: concise, engaging, and persuasive.
Youre data-driven, curious, and adaptable.
Youre familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and comfortable analyzing results.
Youre proactive, self-starting, and excited to test, learn, and build.
Youre enthusiastic about AI and what it makes possible.
