Business Development Representative or sales representative

Local POS Depot, based in Coral Springs, FL, helps businesses streamline their operations through innovative POS (Point of Sale) solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of our organization through relationship building and new business generation.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Coral Springs, FL, offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and business clients
• Present and demonstrate POS solutions to potential customers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team success
• Work closely with management to develop and execute growth strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Business Development, or POS Systems Sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving goals
• Must be able to work onsite in Coral Springs, FL
