Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, developing, and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded. This is a field sale position and will require check-ins at our clinics and face-to-face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and businesses. This position will require local and regional travel up to 95% of the time.This role will be based in Rapid City with travel required to Sioux Falls.RequirementsWHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leadsBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing business clientsConduct product or service presentations tailored to the client's needsMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMaintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfactionStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditionsPrepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to managementAttend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as neededWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industryProven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detailExperience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services that make a difference in patients' lives.Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced high growth environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
