Business Development Representative

Commission-Only Sales RepresentativeVIE Media, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, is seeking highly motivated, results-driven commission-only sales representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, setting appointments, and conducting digital audits to help potential clients improve their online presence. This position includes short, medium, and long-term sales cycles.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through cold calling and other outreach methodsSet appointments with decision-makers at prospective client businessesConduct digital audits and present findings to potential clientsClose deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targetsMaintain accurate records in our CRM (PipeDrive) and call system (Kixie)Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training and developmentRequired Skills And QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to persuade and overcome objectionsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in sales, preferably in a commission-only roleFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts and services is a plusCompensation And BenefitsThis is a commission-only position with a competitive commission structure.
