HireLevel is seeking a Business Development Representative – Recruiting & Staffing Services to help generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our recruiting teams. This is a revenue-focused, entry-level-friendly sales role, ideal for recent college graduates or early-career professionals who are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in business development.

Based onsite in St. Louis, MO, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings and the company's success. This is a salary position paying $45,000 - $65,000 annually. With uncapped commission, your earning potential grows as you do.

What You'll Do: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to bring in new client business for HireLevel's recruiting and HR solutions. You will not be responsible for recruiting candidates.
This is a great opportunity to learn full-cycle sales with hands-on training and mentorship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships in the St. Louis market
- Learning to sell HireLevel's recruiting, staffing, and human capital services to new customers
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand client hiring and workforce challenges
- Presenting solutions in partnership with internal recruiting and delivery teams
- Managing the sales cycle from outreach through contract execution (with support and training)
- Building a pipeline through outreach, networking, and follow-up
- Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and strong client experience
- Maintaining CRM activity, tracking progress, and learning revenue forecasting
- Representing HireLevel professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions
