At Acts Fleet Maintenance, we’re the trusted partner that keeps commercial fleets running at peak performance. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Fleet Maintenance Sales Rep who’s ready to hit the road and make an impact.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new fleet maintenance accounts
Make cold calls and scheduled visits to fleet managers and business owners
Travel up to 2 days a week when needed
Work independently with minimal supervision — we trust you to own your territory
Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Demonstrate leadership and reliability every day — your clients and team count on you

What You Bring
Experience in the transportation industry and in customer service
A customer-first mindset with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
Sales experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term client partnerships
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
Professional, dependable, and committed to representing the company with integrity
Leadership qualities and the ability to proactively identify and address customer needs
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
