As a Business Development Representative , your focus is to align sales activity with structured support that keeps operations running smoothly. The Business Development Representative assists in reviewing enrollments, ensuring sales accuracy, and providing ongoing support. The Business Development Representative ’s ability to manage both sales flow and support tasks helps maintain a dependable and professional process.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative
- Prepare sales teams each morning with the wireless devices, forms, and materials needed for effective, community‑based conversations across San Diego.
- Audit enrollment applications for accuracy, helping customers move quickly through the approval process and into active wireless accounts.
- Provide on‑the‑spot support to sales teams, simplifying device setup and resident questions to strengthen both service delivery and sales confidence.
- Share relatable examples of how dependable wireless access supports work, school, and daily communication, encouraging more customers to enroll.
- Maintain detailed device logs and account documentation to ensure full transparency and operational consistency.
- Lead collaborative huddles to review sales metrics, celebrate wins, and identify new areas where account growth and customer support can expand.
Qualifications of the Business Development Representative
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales or business support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to verify enrollment information quickly and correctly.
- Comfort guiding residents through basic device setup and program details.
- Strong attention to detail when tracking wireless device stock and documentation.
