Responsibilities:- Run email campaigns with personalized messaging.
- Set up meetings and handle inbound leads efficiently.
- Conduct pre and post-trade show follow-ups.
- Engage in warm calling, with cold calling constituting 25% or less of activities.
- Contribute to reporting metrics and creation of outreach strategies.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in a prior BDR position.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, with Salesforce being a nice-to-have.
- Strong ability in conducting email campaigns and personalized messaging.
- Competency in managing inbound leads and meeting schedules.
- Healthcare experience, especially related to the business side of hospitals, is advantageous.
- Possess soft skills like being outgoing, intelligent, driven, and authentic.
