Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

A growing company is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR)to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and appointment setting. This is an inside sales position with no travel required and offers strong earning potential through monthly bonuses.Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment
- Basic to intermediate computer skills required
- Experience using CRM software is helpful
- Ability to accurately document notes and call outcomes
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Achieve daily talk-time expectations of approximately 5 hours
- Record detailed notes and call dispositions in the company CRM
- Prepare for calling campaigns and maintain organized records
- Follow scripts, processes, and company guidelines
- Meet and exceed weekly appointment-setting goals
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with prospects
