Martin products.Partner with customer service to ensure orders are complete and accurate.Monitor market trends and competitor activity, track sales progress, and recommend opportunities for growth.Represent JFM at industry meetings and support new customer onboarding.What You BringEducation or 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing. A background in perishable foods or consumer packaged foods is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.A customer-focused approach, initiative, and a drive to achieve results.Strong organization, problem-solving, and territory planning skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus the ability to work with company ERP systems.A valid Class C driver's license and availability for extensive travel during the business week.Position DetailsFull-time, salaried position with a generally Monday–Friday schedule.
