Salary Range: $70000.00 - $74000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and networking.

Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Trophy Insurance Solutions' offerings.

Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations between prospective clients and the sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive lead generation efforts.

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the sales pipeline.


Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
