Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and drive patient admissions.The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in generating and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and strategic partners. This individual will be responsible for driving census growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and representing the facility with professionalism and integrity.Relationship Building & OutreachDevelop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including: Therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologistsHospitals and healthcare systemsDetox centers, residential programs, and outpatient providersCase managers and social workersAttorneys, universities, trade programs and EAPsConduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach meetings to promote servicesServe as a primary point of contact for referral partnersBusiness Development StrategyIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within target marketsExecute strategic outreach plans to increase admissions and brand visibilityTrack and analyze referral trends and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market expansionCommunity EngagementRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsCoordinate and participate in community education initiatives and workshopsBuild partnerships with local organizations, schools, and advocacy groupsAdmissions CollaborationWork closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless referral processesFollow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with referral partnersAssist in converting qualified leads into admissionsCRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsTrack outreach efforts, referral activity, and performance metricsProvide regular reports on pipeline activity and growth progress
