CMC Corporate Solutions, a Louisiana based commercial and industrial HVAC service provider, is looking for team members to enhance its rapidly growing Baton Rouge, New Orleans & Jackson, Mississippi commercial group.

Job Summary:

The Business Development position will present services and solutions offered to potential clientele.

Duties:

  • Executes sales of Service and Maintenance Agreements.
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.
  • Determines potential customer needs and works with our subject matter specialist to provide solutions.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; helps to engage new customer to the operations department.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel.
