We're looking for a Business Development &Sales Agent who wants uncapped income, long-term upside, and a role that rewards quality over volume..

What You'll Do

Identify and connect with vacation rental property owners

Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations

Educate owners on revenue optimization and property care

Close management agreements

Hand off signed properties to our operations team for onboarding

This is a consultative sales role, not high-pressure selling.
