With your deep understanding of Workday's capabilities and a sharp insight into our clients' business needs you'll forge strong relationships and deliver compelling solutions.Hybrid (min 3 days from office)Job DutiesSales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for Arrant Tech in Workday space.Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients who could benefit from Workday solutions. Assess and prioritize leads based on their fit with the company's offerings and potential for revenue generation.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at the executive level. Understand client needs and align them with appropriate Workday solutions and Arrant Tech as the partner.Business Development: Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the Arrant Tech portfolio.Solution Selling: Along with the Workday Sales Team effectively communicate the value proposition of Workday's products and services and Arrant Tech as their partner.
