The Adobe Business Group (ABG) Business Development Director (BDD) serves as Accenture's primary Adobe ecosystem growth leader, responsible for driving joint market development, origination, pipeline creation, and strategic partnership expansion with Adobe. Working across an industry, account teams, and Adobe leadership, the BDD identifies and develops joint opportunities, shapes market-relevant relationships and accelerates growth through deep Adobe specialization and ecosystem-led sales motions.
Strategic Focus Areas
This role sits at the intersection of sales, alliances, industry strategy, and innovation, helping clients unlock value through Adobe Experience Cloud, Content Supply Chain, Data & Personalization, and Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute joint Accenture-Adobe growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts and clients.
Build relationships with Adobe Partner Development Managers, Sales and Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
Originate opportunities involving Adobe Technologies.
Work closely with Accenture and Adobe leadership team to drive pipeline growth.
Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to Adobe priorities.
Enable Accenture and Adobe field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
Travel is required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.
