Business Development Specialist – Outside Sales (Commercial Doors & Dock Equipment, Charlotte NC)
Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | $70K–$90K Base + Commission + Vehicle Stipend
RCI Doors is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist / Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts across the Charlotte metro. You'll be in the field building connections with facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and property owners — selling a full range of commercial door and dock equipment solutions including overhead sectional and rolling steel doors, loading docks, hollow metal doors, glass storefronts, gates, and access control systems.
This is a B2B outside sales role for someone who's equally comfortable hunting for new business as they are nurturing a long-term book of accounts — a true hunter and closer who can own the deal from first site visit through signed agreement.
