SUMMARY
The ElderONE Business Development Specialist (BDS) is the initial and primary point of contact within the community and is responsible for the outreach, marketing and generation of new enrollments. The primary responsibility of the BDS is to cultivate referral sources to contribute to overall census growth for ILS. The BDS fully understand s all aspects of Program for All Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) and all services provided. The BDS establishes & maintains referring relationships to include but not limited to physicians, hospital personnel, religious organizations, senior care service providers, and senior housing. The BDS meets or exceeds all growth & development targets and actively establishes and maintains market awareness. The BDS represents ILS in a competent, professional and responsive manner and will work as part of an intake and assessment team to identify new referral sources, produce self-generated leads, generate enrollments and help increase utilization and retention.
